About the role
- Execute quarterly and annual business plans to consistently meet sales targets across assigned advisor segments
- Develop targeted engagement plans and act as the primary product expert for aligned advisors
- Identify and pursue new growth opportunities in collaboration with regional leaders and distribution partners
- Provide case analysis, consultation, and joint field support to advisors and their clients
- Promote innovative sales ideas and implement marketing and go-to-market initiatives to penetrate new markets
Requirements
- Bilingualism (fluent in French and English)
- 4+ years of experience in financial services / insurance industry ideally in wholesaling or sales roles
- Strong expertise in life and living benefits insurance products
- Excellent relationship‑building skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to travel throughout an assigned region
