Establish and maintain strong relationships with plan sponsors and consulting firms
Develop and implement business plans to achieve annual sales targets
Manage the sales process from the request for proposal through to the presentation
Provide guidance on best practices throughout the business implementation process
Promote additional products and services to consultants and plan sponsors

Requirements

Bilingual (French and English) required
Minimum five years of experience in the group retirement savings sector
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven collaboration and negotiation abilities
Postsecondary education and Retirement Plans Associate (RPA) designation or equivalent
Effective time management and strong problem-solving skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Flexibility to travel
