About the role
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with plan sponsors and consulting firms
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve annual sales targets
- Manage the sales process from the request for proposal through to the presentation
- Provide guidance on best practices throughout the business implementation process
- Promote additional products and services to consultants and plan sponsors
Requirements
- Bilingual (French and English) required
- Minimum five years of experience in the group retirement savings sector
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven collaboration and negotiation abilities
- Postsecondary education and Retirement Plans Associate (RPA) designation or equivalent
- Effective time management and strong problem-solving skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Flexibility to travel
