About the role

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with plan sponsors and consulting firms
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve annual sales targets
  • Manage the sales process from the request for proposal through to the presentation
  • Provide guidance on best practices throughout the business implementation process

Requirements

  • Bilingual (French and English) required
  • Minimum five years of experience in the group retirement savings sector
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven collaboration and negotiation abilities
  • Postsecondary education and Retirement Plans Associate (RPA) designation or equivalent
  • Effective time management and strong problem-solving skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Flexibility to travel
