Be accountable for the delivery of regular and ad-hoc claims reports for Workplace Solutions customers
Execute on existing reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate production of claims reporting
Refine existing client reporting templates and reporting processes to meet evolving customer needs
Use data to tell a story; draw the 'so what?' out of the analysis to ensure meaningful insights are delivered to customers
Effective communication with a wide range of stakeholders at multiple levels of the business
Ongoing support of existing and newly developed models
Support and resolution of customer inquiries regarding the Experience and Claims section on GroupNet for Plan Administration
Help foster a data-driven, customer-centric environment

Requirements

Post-Secondary education with a focus in Math/Statistics/Economics/Computer Science or Business
Strong analytical skills with a math aptitude
Strong technical skills, specifically knowledge and experience with SQL, MS Excel, Azure Databricks, and Python
Experience with visualization tools including R, Python and Power BI would be considered an asset
Knowledge of group benefits, including retirement solutions as well as health, dental, and disability benefits, would be considered an asset
