About the role
- Provide customer service and manage benefits administration
- Coordinate annual re-enrollment activities for the à la carte plan
- Provide technical support and establish procedures with clients
- Participate in the implementation of new clients' benefit plans
Requirements
- Bilingual (proficiency in French and English) required
- Knowledge of group insurance
- Post-secondary education in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong technical skills, e.g., Excel, Access, Word
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with proven organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (an asset)
