About the role
- Oversee design and improvements to Market Insights dashboards for Wealth and Insurance, leveraging tools like Power BI
- Take ownership of market insights projects, from stakeholder collaboration to presenting findings and recommendations
- Deliver monthly wealth and quarterly market share reports with analysis and context, along with other standard reporting requirements
- Monitor and share relevant market intelligence through weekly bulletins, including commentary on trends and implications
- Maintain a comprehensive and accessible repository of competitor and market activity
- Support competitive and market initiatives through ad hoc deep dives and proactive insight generation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience in an analytical role
- Strong research, contextualization, and analytical skills
- Knowledge of or has the aptitude to develop an understanding of insurance/wealth products
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize a diverse workload
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and can effectively manage and adapt to change
- Ability to develop strong business acumen
- Experience with or has the technical aptitude to learn and use third party software and intelligence tools
- Proficient in data visualization tools including Power BI, Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Experience in financial services, specifically life insurance and/or wealth management preferred
