About the role
- Actively participate in the creation of project documentation including business cases, decision requests, cost benefit analysis etc.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities, find efficiencies and implementation strategy.
- Drive stakeholder engagement by facilitating workshops and interviews to identify and document business needs.
- Collaborate with technology stakeholders to ensure understanding of the business requirements, use cases and business designs and obtain sign off.
- Support Learning and Development with the development of internal training material.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or comparable role
- Post-secondary education in business or a similar/related field
- Knowledge of Group Health & Dental claims, and Group Insurance systems is an asset
- Experience in applying skills using Word, Excel and Visio software
- Reliability Status security clearance required
