About the role
- Champion the transition to continuous, high velocity engineering delivery and automated deployment
- Identify and resolve monitoring, maintenance and support of systems, services, tools, and software engineering initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and accountable to design and deliver modern solutions
- Drive the resolution of incidents by resolver teams and 3rd party vendors
- Provide updates to appropriate stakeholders for internal or customer-facing outages
Requirements
- 6 - 9 years experience with IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS engineering and integration
- Experience with Continuous Integration Delivery models, including automation/infrastructure as code
- Knowledge of cloud network and cloud technologies
