About the role
- Triage inquiries received from sales, carriers and advisors
- Manage continuing education credits (documentation, issuance, tracking)
- Prepare reports & metrics for management reporting
- Assist with updating and maintenance of compliance and company policies
- Assist the Sr. Compliance Analyst with training coordination and reporting
- Assist the VP, National Compliance with document gathering for suitability reviews, monitoring, investigations and allegations of advisor misconduct
- Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years business experience in an office environment
- Work in the insurance and/or compliance industry would be a definite asset
- College diploma or other post-secondary education
- Knowledge of WealthServ an asset; not necessary but will train
- Industry courses would be an asset (LOMA, etc.)
- Excellent organizations skills
- Ability to work well independently
- Strong team player mentality
- Service oriented
- Good negotiation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
