About the role
- Deliver exceptional customer service and drive leasing performance.
- Support team development and marketing initiatives.
- Resolve resident concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records in property management software.
- Support the achievement of NOI targets through leasing and cost management.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve revenue and reduce expenses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or 2+ years of leasing experience in student or multifamily housing (or equivalent combination of education/experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with property management software, preferably Yardi or related programs.
- Familiarity with market-rate and LIHTC programs is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing and EEO regulations.
