About the role
- Provides support, mentorship and direction to ensure a high level of Employee and Resident engagement.
- Provides leadership for the Community by setting a Service Excellence standard.
- Promotes harmonious relations among residents, staff, and surrounding community.
- Assists the General Manager with the training, coaching, and development of exceptional team members.
- Responsible for safety and maintenance of facilities, ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
- Maintains occupancy and collection targets, oversees financial reporting, administration, and audits.
- Manages customer sales interactions and executes customer experience initiatives.
Requirements
- A Bachelor degree; or 1 years’ experience in the student/multi-family housing industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and Property Management software (Entrata).
- Working knowledge of market rate and LIHTC programs and Fair Housing Laws and EEO Laws.
