About the role
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive atmosphere for residents.
- Drive leasing performance and support team development.
- Conduct outreach marketing and maintain knowledge of property and competitors.
- Ensure marketing materials are current and professional.
- Coordinate resident events and build community relationships.
- Maintain accurate records and support property administration.
- Assist in achieving financial performance targets and cost management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2–5 years of experience in student or multifamily housing; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with property management software, preferably Entrata.
- Familiarity with both market-rate and LIHTC programs is a plus.
- Understanding and adherence to Fair Housing and EEO laws.
