About the role
- Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a positive atmosphere for residents.
- Support team development and drive leasing performance.
- Cultivate a motivated, high-performing team with professional communication and integrity.
- Drive leasing efforts to achieve and maintain target occupancy.
- Conduct outreach marketing and support marketing plan execution.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, staff, and community.
- Maintain accurate records in property management software.
- Assist in achieving revenue targets through effective leasing and cost management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2–5 years of experience in student or multifamily housing; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with property management software, preferably Entrata.
- Familiarity with both market-rate and LIHTC programs is a plus.
- Understanding and adherence to Fair Housing and EEO laws.
