About the role
- Manage strategic partnerships with retailers and distributors.
- Execute the regional commercial strategy, ensuring sales targets and high-quality execution.
- Develop business plans with distributors to achieve sustainable portfolio growth.
- Train and support the indirect sales team and partners.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and prepare management reports.
- Contribute to strategic market decisions based on data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Valid driver’s license (Category B).
- Preferred experience in sales within the Off-Trade channel.
- English language skills are a plus.
