About the role
- Define brand growth priorities and distribution guidelines with marketing and distributors
- Guide annual Brand and Channel Plans to enhance visibility and engagement
- Conduct regular field visits to capture market realities and opportunities
- Develop outlet segmentation and Perfect Store standards
- Deliver activation toolkits for consumer engagement, bartender advocacy, and shopper visibility
- Manage and allocate A&P/DD budgets in line with strategic priorities
Requirements
- 6–7 years in Consumer/Trade Marketing with proven brand‑building expertise
- Spirits industry background strongly preferred
- University degree in Business Administration or related fields
- Strategic vision, communication and influencing, project management, pragmatic execution, team leadership
- Passion for spirits, proactive mindset, strong interpersonal skills, bilingual (Spanish & English)
- Willingness to travel extensively (30–40% annually)
- Microsoft Office proficiency; Power BI desirable
