About the role
- Management and monitoring of customer accounts for major retail chains
- Handling and tracking disputes
- Entering orders into the ERP (SAP)
- Checking order pricing and tariff conditions
- Customer contact regarding delivery times, creditworthiness, and order confirmations
- Tracking deliveries
- Managing billing dispute requests
Requirements
- Student working towards a two-year post-secondary diploma (Bac+2) in Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Management (GPME)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with computer tools, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of English is a plus
