About the role
- Design and continuously evolve a global Talent Management strategy aligned with business ambitions and workforce plans.
- Own the succession planning framework for critical roles, ensuring strong bench strength, clear pipelines and visibility of leadership potential.
- Build and embed a career and internal mobility architecture that enables lateral moves, stretch assignments, international rotations and transparent internal opportunities.
- Lead the selection and deployment of assessment & psychometric tools (e.g. Hogan, SHL or similar).
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development or Organizational Development, ideally at enterprise / multinational scale.
- Have implemented Talent frameworks in complex matrix organisations, owning or heavily contributing to succession planning and internal mobility.
- Hands-on experience with psychometric tools (e.g. Hogan, SHL or similar) and translate assessment data into practical actions.
- Analytical and data-savvy, able to turn talent data into insight and decision-ready recommendations.
- Excel at stakeholder management and influence, engaging senior leaders across functions and regions.
- Thrive in cross-cultural environments and enjoy working with teams across Europe, North America, Growth & Developing Markets and APAC.
