About the role
- Act as a strategic Senior HR Business Partner for Commercial, Trade, and Marketing teams
- Lead Talent Management initiatives across Brazil
- Support Rewards and Employee Relations functions
- Conduct organizational assessments and recommend solutions
- Coach managers on leadership effectiveness and performance management
- Oversee Training & Development programs
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment activities
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of HRIS data
- Support initiatives that strengthen culture and employee engagement
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in Human Resources
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in the beverage or FMCG industries
- Proven track record in Talent Management
- Demonstrated expertise in Rewards and Employee Relations
- Strong proficiency with HRIS systems
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong advantage
