About the role

  • Calculate target costs, monitor them and analyze variances
  • Manage the logistics dashboard with local stakeholders (KPI) and in coordination with the group’s European structure
  • Prepare budgets for logistics and distribution expenses and ensure their consistency
  • Drive the budgeting and forecasting process with operational teams and the group
  • Verify and record provisions during monthly closes for Campari France
  • Act as the primary contact for accounting and supply chain locally for Campari France and, on a case-by-case basis, for other legal entities in France
  • Monitor inventory at the France distribution level: identify slow-moving items and calculate any necessary provisions, track disposals/destructions, and consolidate monitoring across French entities
  • Implement and improve valuation and logistics cost simulation models
  • Monitor logistics penalties and coordinate related corrective actions
  • Participate in company projects related to your area of expertise

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in management control, finance (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in management control/financial controlling
  • Prior successful experience in the spirits industry or in packaged consumer goods is a plus
  • Excellent Excel skills and experience managing databases
  • Good accounting knowledge
  • Proficiency in SAP FI-CO modules (and ideally SAP BI / BPC)
  • Ability to present information clearly, both written and oral; good listening skills and ease of communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Very good written and spoken English to lead meetings with the group (B2+)
