About the role
- Lead innovation projects through the Campari Toll Gate governance process, from initiation to closure.
- Develop integrated project plans, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage project documentation for stage-gate approvals and pipeline reporting.
- Conduct post-launch analysis and share lessons learned.
- Influence and align cross-functional teams (Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance) to meet project objectives.
- Build trust while maintaining discipline in project governance.
- Drive strategic conversations to optimize cost, timelines, and gross margin targets.
- Actively contribute to quarterly pipeline reviews, providing feasibility insights and scenario planning.
- Support idea formation with high-level indications on complexity, timelines, and risk mitigation.
- Ensure timely portfolio reporting and dashboard updates.
- Train regional teams on innovation processes and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of project management experience, preferably in NPD or innovation projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- FMCG/CPG experience strongly preferred; beverage alcohol is a plus but not mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- PMI® certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., GANTT charts) and financial analysis (ROI, profitability).
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
