About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues via phone, email, and interactive chat
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues through troubleshooting
- Providing clear, practical advice to help resolve problems effectively
- Maintaining accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
- Serve as a guide and technical resource for customers implementing integrations with Avinode Group APIs
- Write and maintain API & Integration documentation and implementation best practices
Requirements
- 2-3 years in a similar role/experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Passionate and empathetic about customer service
- Experience working with APIs and configuring integrations between platforms
- Independent self-starter
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Quick learner with technical aptitude
- Flexible and adaptable
