• Identify business opportunities within the client portfolio, working to expand coverages, perform cross-selling and offer new products and services.
• Prepare, present and follow up on commercial proposals, ensuring solutions aligned with client needs and contributing to deal conversion.
• Conduct commercial negotiations, presenting the differentiators of the brokerage's products and services and seeking to close new contracts.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, partners and agencies, promoting a consultative, high-quality customer experience.
• Monitor insurance renewals, identifying opportunities for retention and portfolio expansion.
• Work with a focus on achieving commercial targets and performance indicators, contributing to the sustainable growth of the brokerage's business.
• Perform other activities related to the role, according to the area's needs.
