About the role

  • Serve as senior-level strategic support for all operational and retail risk activities related to the Bank’s retail banking centers
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, manage vendor relationships, and support audit and risk management activities
  • Lead initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency across the retail banking network
  • Oversee and coordinate the operational, compliance, and control functions of banking centers
  • Administer key banking center operating systems and monitor operational soundness
  • Engage with internal and external audit and legal teams to ensure compliance and legal conformance
  • Manage multiple vendors to provide critical functions to the operations of the bank and quality service to customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university, or 10 years related experience and/or training
  • Expert banking knowledge of account structure, transaction processing and compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team atmosphere without supervision
  • 10+ years of experience with System Administration, including experience with current Camden National Bank core systems: Silverlake, OnBoard, Synapsys, Synergy, etc.
  • Understanding of the business line’s goals and operations
  • Expertise in use of research tools and methodology for completion of timely research projects
  • Ability to guide, direct and motivate a team to deliver top-notch service and support to stakeholders across the entire retail banking footprint, while maintaining the integrity of systems and processes to support our business
