Sales

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets and increase software market share within the territory.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying growth opportunities, securing new clients, and expanding within existing accounts.
• Maintain a rolling forecast for the business which produces and accuracy of +5% and –3% on a quarterly basis.
• Lead the team through the implementation of new tools to grow the sales funnel – intro and use of Salesforce, Apollo, and GONG as examples.
• Strategically leverage AI in your workflow and promote it the Team’s processes to gain efficiencies throughout the Sales organization.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, in separate “Hunter” and “Renewal” roles, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key customers, serving as the escalation point for complex technical issues and ensuring a high level of service.
• Work closely with marketing, product management, and engineering teams to optimize customer experience, product positioning, and solution delivery.
• Analyze sales performance metrics, provide insights to senior management and implement improvements for continuous growth and efficiency.
• Negotiate sales contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs) with clients to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Manage go-to-market costs in accordance with agreed upon sales and expense plan.
• Serve as the main contact and conduit to the SigmaNEST organization for a few specified “key accounts” with a focus on expansion, solidifying renewals, and customer satisfaction.
