About the role
- lead and build the SaaS product management function, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
- conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- develop and communicate a clear product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
- prioritize features and enhancements based on market trends, customer feedback, and business impact.
- collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners, to gather insights and ensure alignment between product strategy and organizational goals
- work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product priorities and successful product launches.
- engage and support supply operations, Finance (accounts receivable), and IT in the service delivery and business operations function
- drive product initiatives that contribute to revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
- oversee the entire software product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction
- use data-driven insights to make informed decisions about product features, enhancements, and market positioning.
- monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and impact of product releases.
- develop and manage budgets related to software product development and go-to-market activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree desirable.
- Proven experience in product management within the Networking and SaaS industry, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies that resulted in business growth.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
