About the role

  • The Senior Manager, IT Program Management leads SGDO and oversees IT portfolio of projects.
  • Ensure service delivery quality and align IT projects with business priorities.
  • Drive cross-functional teams to deliver technology projects, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee the portfolio, prioritizing initiatives based on business value and resource availability.
  • Act as a change agent to implement processes and projects across the IT organization.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal clients and collaborate with senior executives on strategies.
  • Lead planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Utilize project management methodologies to guide teams.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and project delivery quality.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in IT process, project and business relationship management.
  • Exceptional understanding of IT and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proven knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Monday, Trello).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive change.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in breaking down, comparing and evaluating various courses of action and making autonomous decisions on matters of significance.
