About the role
- The Senior Manager, IT Program Management leads SGDO and oversees IT portfolio of projects.
- Ensure service delivery quality and align IT projects with business priorities.
- Drive cross-functional teams to deliver technology projects, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee the portfolio, prioritizing initiatives based on business value and resource availability.
- Act as a change agent to implement processes and projects across the IT organization.
- Develop strong relationships with internal clients and collaborate with senior executives on strategies.
- Lead planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Utilize project management methodologies to guide teams.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and project delivery quality.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in IT process, project and business relationship management.
- Exceptional understanding of IT and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Monday, Trello).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive change.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in breaking down, comparing and evaluating various courses of action and making autonomous decisions on matters of significance.
