About the role
- Oversee management and continuous improvement of health, welfare, leave of absence, and wellbeing programs
- Serve as the end-to-end owner of leave of absence and accommodation programs
- Enhance operations by improving processes and increasing automation
- Evaluate and refine benefits vendor structure
- Develop clear resources and engagement plans for benefits programs
- Build and advance a wellbeing roadmap
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for program efficiency
Requirements
- 5+ years of managing employee benefits programs
- Proven operational and program management skills across multi-vendor environments
- Effective analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into clear recommendations
- Experience managing leave of absence programs and accommodations in partnership with third-party administrators
- Ability to identify process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability
- Experience with Workday benefits administration preferred
