• Build, manage, and strengthen partnerships with suppliers, mills, and other ecosystem stakeholders.
• Travel regionally to support partner engagement, lead workshops or trainings on timber handling and preparation, and troubleshoot supply-side challenges in the field.
• Provide market insights, species-specific guidance, and operational intelligence to internal teams and partners to inform strategy.
• Collaborate across teams on system or software troubleshooting, process improvements, and scaling supply operations.
• Oversee a Coordinator in your region, providing guidance and operational support.
• Identify opportunities to grow traceable timber throughput, new supplier relationships, and regional market impact.
• Contribute to organizational knowledge by documenting learnings, best practices, and recommendations for supply growth.
