Lead design of customer-facing dashboards, portals, and internal tools with high-fidelity developer-ready mockups.
Become foremost expert on customer traits and habits; contribute to product visioning, marketing storytelling, and fundraising.
Operate across near-term needs and long-term strategy, build empathy for diverse, often non-technical users.
Collaborate with engineering, PMs, and customers; conduct user research and usability testing; maintain design system.
Support Marketing, BizOps, and Sales with visuals and UX concepts; influence product strategy and establish design best practices.
