About the role

  • Researches, designs, develops, and implements data-driven models and algorithms
  • Trains and tests models to solve business problems
  • Collaborates with AI team members and business partners
  • Analyzes and resolves bugs in production machine learning models
  • Communicates effectively with technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge of data science, machine learning, and modeling
  • Strong mathematical foundation and theoretical grasp of machine learning concepts
  • Ability to use techniques and patterns to build and deploy models
  • Ability to develop productive working relationships
  • Strong interest in the healthcare industry
  • Familiarity with standard python packages (scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Familiarity with NLP techniques and libraries (NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers)
  • Strong SQL skills a plus
