About the role
- Serve as the enterprise owner and single point of accountability for the TrendSmart/TrendWise EBR platform.
- Define and drive the strategic roadmap for platform enhancements and performance optimization.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives aligning platform capabilities with enterprise objectives.
- Develop business cases and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Establish and monitor platform performance metrics and utilization trends.
- Own and govern user access provisioning and lifecycle management.
- Design and deliver role-based training and maintain platform documentation.
- Oversee expert-level issue resolution and act as final authority on data interpretation.
- Lead enhancement lifecycle including requirements, UAT, and production readiness.
- Manage vendor relationship ensuring SLA compliance and service quality.
- Own data governance, refresh processes, audits, and compliance escalation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Health Informatics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field; or seven or more years of progressive experience in enterprise analytics, reporting platforms, or data governance; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated experience owning enterprise analytics or reporting platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in regulated environments.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
- Experience translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to balance competing priorities aligned to enterprise strategy.
