About the role
- Create engaging, on-brand visuals in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment
- Design assets across channels: social media, email, digital ads, landing pages, and packaging
- Translate marketing briefs into on-brand, high-converting visual campaigns
- Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to develop creative concepts
- Contribute to evolving the brand’s visual language with Design and Marketing team
- Prepare and deliver production-ready design files (static and animated, if applicable)
- Ensure visual consistency across all channels and campaigns
- Support product and content teams with UI visuals, presentations, and branded templates
- Conduct research and stay on top of design trends
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design styles, marketing materials, and campaigns
- Bonus: Experience with food, wellness, or lifestyle brands
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Bonus: Familiarity with Figma, After Effects, and Canva
- Excellent sense of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling
- Comfortable working within brand guidelines while thoughtfully pushing boundaries
- Well organized with strong attention to detail and file naming/workflow hygiene
- Proactive and resourceful; results-driven and collaborative
- Ability to work a part-time schedule and move quickly from concept to execution
- Ability to speak and write in Arabic and English
