About the role
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer success
- Optimize campaigns through data analysis to maximize ROI across multiple digital channels
- Serve as a strategic partner in marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and innovation in approach
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, social media, and other platforms to drive lead generation and conversions
- Develop and optimize sales funnels to ensure a seamless customer journey and improved conversion rates
- Leverage Go High Level and other digital marketing tools to manage campaigns, track performance, and implement automation for lead nurturing
- Generate creative marketing ideas and ensure alignment with brand strategy and customer objectives
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies for optimal results
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with company goals and client success objectives
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, particularly in AI-driven marketing tools and strategies
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and recommend data-backed improvements
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of GoHighLevel
- Proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and generating measurable business results
- Expertise in using marketing automation platforms
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and act on marketing metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the leadership team
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Passion for marketing and a desire to continuously learn and grow
- Preferred: Experience working in a digital marketing company or a related field
- Preferred: Experience managing vendors or additional marketing resources
- Preferred: Understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused campaign management
