• Identify and independently acquire companies, brands, and service providers as collaboration partners for our premium book projects and publications
• Develop and implement a structured sales strategy – from identifying potential customers and making initial contact to closing deals
• Advise companies on tailored sponsorship, presentation, and marketing opportunities
• Manage existing clients and create new business opportunities with both existing and new customers
• Represent the publishing house at trade fairs, industry events, and networking functions
• Work closely and cooperatively with the sales team
• Report directly to the Head of Marketing & Sales

• Identify and independently approach premium brands in the architecture and design sector
• Develop and implement a structured acquisition strategy, from first contact through to contract conclusion
• Present the Awards concept persuasively and communicate concrete added value for potential partners
• Represent the Callwey Awards at industry events and trade shows
• Work closely and cooperatively with the Awards team
• Report directly to the Head of Awards Acquisition
