About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and independently approach premium brands in the architecture and design sector
- Develop and implement a structured acquisition strategy, from first contact through to contract conclusion
- Present the Awards concept persuasively and communicate concrete added value for potential partners
- Represent the Callwey Awards at industry events and trade shows
- Work closely and cooperatively with the Awards team
- Report directly to the Head of Awards Acquisition
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience in B2B sales, sponsorship, or partner acquisition, preferably in the premium segment
- Existing network in the architecture, interior design, or design industries
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor, both in writing and in person
- Self-organized, entrepreneurial mindset, and high self-motivation
- Affinity for design, architecture and premium brands
- Good Excel skills; user-level experience with Salesforce desirable
