About the role
- Manage Agile software development projects, mainly mobile applications
- Ensure your projects are delivered on-time, within the planned scope and budget
- Promote continuous improvement attitude and optimize the teams’ daily work
- Work closely with the client and the PO on identifying and defining project requirements and scope
- Take charge of project planning, execution and reporting
- Recommend and implement adequate project management frameworks fitted to the needs of the project and the client
- Lead the team the way that guarantees top quality of work and stakeholders’ satisfaction
- Monitor the project progress using various metrics and support the dev team in resolving any problems they encounter
- Report directly to Portfolio Manager
- Equip the team with appropriate tooling to facilitate work
- Monitor and manage project risks and develop mitigation plans
- Have a proactive attitude to problem solving
Requirements
- Previous professional experience in managing software development projects
- Excellent project management skills and ability to help drive successful plans and solutions
- Familiarity with key Agile project management frameworks and techniques
- Experience with PM tools such as Jira, ADO, VSTS, CRM systems etc.
- Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and talent to motivate others
- Strong command of business English language, both written and verbal
- Understanding of budgeting and invoicing process principles
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation
- Ability to understand and negotiate contracts and other legal documents
- Independence and proactiveness in daily work
- Nice to have: Professional Scrum Master and/or Professional Scrum Product Owner certificates
- Nice to have: AgilePM Foundation/Practitioner certificate
- Nice to have: Understanding of business analysis principles
- Nice to have: Experience in negotiating collaboration terms with customers
