Technical Project Manager

• Manage Agile software development projects, mainly mobile applications
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within the planned scope and budget
• Promote continuous improvement and optimize teams’ daily work
• Maintain close communication with US clients and Product Owners (supporting US time zones 16:00–22:00 CET)
• Work with client and PO to identify and define project requirements and scope
• Take charge of project planning, execution and reporting
• Recommend and implement project management frameworks tailored to project and client needs
• Lead the team to guarantee top quality and stakeholder satisfaction
• Monitor project progress using metrics and support dev team in resolving problems
• Report directly to Portfolio Manager
• Equip the team with appropriate tooling to facilitate work
• Monitor and manage project risks and develop mitigation plans
• Have a proactive attitude to problem solving
