About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the day-to-day production layer of brand and marketing design across web, digital, product, print and real live events.
- Design new landing pages, run the analytics, propose changes, and ship A/B tests on the Callstack site.
- Build templates and decks for internal teams.
- Equip delivery and sales with materials that close deals.
- Produce graphics, simple animations, and short video for campaigns, content, and social.
- Co-create the brand and visual experience for Callstack events.
- Cover digital, print, spatial, and on-site execution.
- Maintain and extend the Callstack visual identity system.
- Improve existing design processes and create the ones that are missing.
- Build and integrate AI tooling into the design workflow.
- Apply AI across every layer of your work, every day.
- Design and ship websites for incubator initiatives, including hands-on vibe-coded implementation.
- Support incubator product design, hackathons, and launches when initiatives need a designer in the room.
- Work directly with the Lead Designer (Damian Redecki) and Founder (Mike Grabowski) on strategic projects.
- Take feedback fast and raise the bar with every piece you ship.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of design experience across brand, marketing, web, and print, with a portfolio that shows both systems thinking and craft.
- Strong visual taste and the ability to design within an existing brand and visual system.
- Daily, hands-on AI usage across your full workflow: generation, ideation, automation, internal tooling.
- Hands-on fluency in Figma, Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator), AI tools (ex. Midjourney, ChatGPT, Codex or Claude Code), Notion, and Slack.
- Self-management, sharp organizational skills, and clear written communication.
- You give feedback well and take it without ego.
- A bias toward shipping. You finish things, measure them, and iterate.
- Familiarity with software house, React, tech, or SaaS environments (Nice to have).
- Comfort with Webflow and other no-code tools (Nice to have).
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (Nice to have).
