About the role

  • Proactively identify and close upsell opportunities
  • Drive the continued expansion of Voice Assist as a subject matter expert
  • Execute targeted outbound campaigns to existing accounts
  • Maintain impeccable hygiene in Salesforce, managing accurate contact, lead, opportunity, and activity data

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of B2B Sales experience, preferably in SaaS or Marketing Technology (MarTech)
  • Experience in an Account Management or Full-Cycle Sales role is required
  • Skilled bridge-builder who can translate customer feedback and market opportunities into clear, actionable insights
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota, specifically with upsell, cross-sell, or expansion targets
  • Experience with Salesforce is required
  • Proficiency with sales engagement tools (Outreach.io) and conversation intelligence tools (Gong) is highly preferred
  • Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical buyers
  • Comfortable in a high-velocity environment
