About the role
- Proactively identify and close upsell opportunities
- Drive the continued expansion of Voice Assist as a subject matter expert
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns to existing accounts
- Maintain impeccable hygiene in Salesforce, managing accurate contact, lead, opportunity, and activity data
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of B2B Sales experience, preferably in SaaS or Marketing Technology (MarTech)
- Experience in an Account Management or Full-Cycle Sales role is required
- Skilled bridge-builder who can translate customer feedback and market opportunities into clear, actionable insights
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota, specifically with upsell, cross-sell, or expansion targets
- Experience with Salesforce is required
- Proficiency with sales engagement tools (Outreach.io) and conversation intelligence tools (Gong) is highly preferred
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical buyers
- Comfortable in a high-velocity environment
