• Responsible for customer order entry, order changes and order inquiry related to key accounts, special programs, close-out, VIP, and internal orders
• Responsible for maintaining current product availability records and knowledge of current and past product offerings
• Responsible for creating deliveries on orders and coordinating with the distribution center and Production to ensure priority orders or orders with special shipping requests are conducted
• Process customer logo orders and artwork

• Product/process development for all new and modified golf balls
• Golf ball commercialization process owner as related to manufacturing
• Collaborate with equipment engineering group on design and execution of capital projects related to process improvement
• Support operations gross margin initiatives via productivity improvements
• Act in a supervisory role overseeing Process Engineers and Engineering Technicians
