About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for customer order entry, order changes and order inquiry related to key accounts, special programs, close-out, VIP, and internal orders
- Responsible for maintaining current product availability records and knowledge of current and past product offerings
- Responsible for creating deliveries on orders and coordinating with the distribution center and Production to ensure priority orders or orders with special shipping requests are conducted
- Process customer logo orders and artwork
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma, College degree or work experience preferred
- Computer experience required / Excel / Word experience preferred
- SAP experience preferred
- Customer Service experience / background preferred
