Consultant

• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout members' lending journeys
• Interview members to understand financial needs and recommend lending solutions
• Originate vehicle, personal, credit card, home equity, and HELOC loans
• Manage applications received through telephone, online banking, and mobile banking
• Ensure applications are complete and accurate
• Collect and verify documentation for underwriting and funding
• Coordinate with processors and underwriters through loan closing
• Maintain ownership of applications from initial contact through funding
• Meet or exceed loan production goals
• Identify lending opportunities, generate referrals, and cross-sell credit union products
• Respond to inbound calls and member inquiries through phone, email, and other channels
• Manage multiple applications while meeting service-level expectations
• Maintain compliance with regulations, policies, lending procedures, and disclosure requirements
• Protect confidential member information and follow security standards
• Represent Call Federal at member and community events
• Advocate the credit union's brand values and mission
• Perform other duties as assigned

Consumer Loan Consultant

Accounting Manager

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Review and process corporate credit card transactions, including expense classification and documentation
• Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts daily, weekly, and monthly
• Prepare and process journal entries with documentation and approvals
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Maintain detailed financial records and organized physical and electronic filing systems
• Support preparation of regulatory reports, including NCUA Call Reports and state filings
• Assist with annual audits and examinations by gathering documentation and responding to auditor requests
• Monitor and report variances, identify discrepancies, and help resolve accounting issues
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, procedures, laws, and regulations
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration as needed
• Participate in projects improving accounting operations and financial reporting systems
• Perform other duties and special projects assigned by management
• Advocate and demonstrate the company brand
