About the role
- Work closely to collaborate with internal team members and external partners in the design, development, and implementation of the technical aspects of Salesforce related projects, mainly built on but not limited to the Force.com platform.
- Provide technical leadership for multiple projects at a time, setting standards, guidelines, and design patterns for CRM & Cloud Applications based on industry best practices.
- Lead hands on design and development of new and existing custom solutions mainly built on the Force.com platform leveraging technologies such as Lightning Web Components (LWC). Apex, web service integrations and data migration.
- Identify and recommend solutions for application defects, determine root causes of defects, and minimize the introduction of new defects during break/fix resolution.
- Performing unit testing and project management activities from small to large sized initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of related work experience on the Salesforce platform, developing Salesforce technologies including Lightning Components (LWC), Apex (Triggers and Classes), and Flow.
- Experience designing end-to-end custom solutions across the Salesforce platform including administration, configuration, and custom development.
- Ability to troubleshoot, provide root cause analysis on system defects, and implement appropriate system changes.
- Comfortable owning and driving tasks to completion with minimal guidance.
- Experience with build and release management tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub, Flosum, Copado, Gearset.
- Writes clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Front-end web development experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Experience with Web Services, APIs, and system integration tools (REST, SOAP, ETL).
