About the role
- Drive initiatives that enable our QA and Product teams to move faster and with greater confidence.
- Determine the right technologies and architect scalable solutions that contribute to a comprehensive quality coverage strategy and track against key performance metrics.
- Engage in a regular feedback cycle to ensure we’re building what the team really needs.
- Leverage your expertise to lead other engineers tasked with tackling larger project demands.
Requirements
- Experience programming in C# or Python
- Knowledge of AWS cloud services, including S3, EC2, and experience with messaging services.
- Experience working with CI/CD workflows and platforms such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or TeamCity.
- Experience in building internal development tools
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple teams, identifying project requirements, and ensuring successful delivery.
- Leadership skills to provide direction and mentoring for junior engineers.
- Knowledge of Unity and Unity tooling specifically for game development
- Experience working with QA Automation frameworks
