About the role

  • Enable, govern, and oversee the full lifecycle of M365 Copilot AI solutions
  • Define and enforce governance policies for Copilot agent development, deployment, and lifecycle management
  • Onboard and train business makers to safely build Copilot agents
  • Monitor agent performance, compliance, and user feedback.
  • Stay current with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio updates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Copilot Studio and/or Power Platform administration, M365 governance, or similar IT governance roles
  • Track record of managing low-code/no-code environments
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and development tools
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents)
  • Understanding of security best practices in modern software development.
