Compliance

• Prepare incurred cost proposals, ensuring meeting strict deadlines.
• Maintain an internal control matrix, suggest process changes and improvements, and assist with developing compliance monitoring.
• Prepare provisional billing rate requests.
• Review and reconcile cost pools, perform cost scrubs and other compliance reviews.
• Review accounting policies for compliance.
• Prepare internal training materials.
• Perform cost modeling.
• Implement compliance-related data gathering and reporting efficiencies.
• Support DCAA audits of incurred cost proposals, provisional billing rate requests, and accounting system audits, among others, by acting as a liaison between the auditors and Calista.
• Assist in contract closeouts and terminations.
• Support staff in all departments by answering or funneling compliance-related questions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compliance Analyst II

Accountant

• Maintain the project and general ledger records, and monitor cost, funding, and revenue recognition.
• Prepare project reports, reconciliations, and audit work papers.
• Provide monthly financial data for assigned projects.
• Communicate with Project Managers to ensure bills are accurate and issued timely.
• Review A/P vouchers and Expense Reports for accuracy and proper coding.
