About the role
- Drive research, needs assessment, and vendor selection for claims file review software solution.
- Act as liaison between Claim Quality and other California Fair Plan departments.
- Conduct interviews and workshops with internal departments to gather requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify claims insurance file review software vendors.
- Analyze and benchmark potential software vendors against specifications.
- Manage communication with prospective vendors regarding RFP.
- Provide updates to leadership on RFP project progress and risks.
- Adhere to Federal and State laws and regulations.
- Other duties to fulfill the Association’s Mission and Values.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors.
- Analytical, proactive, and exceptionally organized.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analytics tools for data comparison.
- Able to work independently and as a part of a team.
