About the role
- Provides project management and customer service support to donors and funders across the Foundation.
- Coordinates across teams including Grants Management, Finance, Philanthropy and Programs.
- Provides administrative and project management support for engagement, cultivation, and stewardship of key constituents.
- Highly responsive to donor, funder, and other constituent requests.
- Manages programs in collaboration with multiple departments, ensuring stewardship and cultivation efforts are executed on time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Three to five years related experience required, with a minimum of three years database (e.g Raiser’s Edge) and donor services experience.
- Strong knowledge of grantmaking processes and the nonprofit community in Los Angeles County.
- Minimum of three years’ experience with Blackbaud software and willingness to learn appropriate database, spreadsheet and other computer programs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
