• Support the sourcing and recruitment lifecycle across a variety of technical, functional, and cleared positions
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define job requirements, and craft targeted recruitment strategies
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and personal networks
• Conduct thorough initial screenings to evaluate candidates against technical requirements, clearance eligibility, and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure timely follow-up at every stage of the process
• Serve as a trusted advisor to both hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first outreach through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff
