About the role
- Perform all-purpose duties for overall operation of the center
- Risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration
- Reward, recognize, and retain talented teammates
- Monitor current financial performance metrics
- Review previous month’s financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends
- Ensure teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably according to SOP, insurance partners, and industry guidelines/standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of Management Experience in the automotive industry or a mobile business
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
