About the role
- Implement Calderys EHS strategy and objectives at Marl-Sinsen and Marl-Brassert
- Act as visible EHS partner through shop-floor presence
- Develop and deploy local EHS improvement plans
- Maintain risk assessments and hazard analyses
- Plan and deliver EHS training programs
- Support CAPEX projects from an EHS perspective
- Manage EHS management systems
- Interface with authorities and manage permits and audits
- Act as key EHS coordination point for 7 plants
- Support site EHS coordinators and plant management
- Ensure alignment with Calderys standards
- Share best practices and lessons learned
- Coordinate monthly EHS reporting for all sites
- Ensure data quality and timeliness
- Analyze trends and track action plans
- Support ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 systems
- Support audit preparation and follow-up
- Promote integration of EHS and Quality systems
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent, preferably EHS focused
- Experience in industrial EHS roles
- Experience in international matrix organizations
- Strong ISO management system knowledge
- Hands-on, structured and autonomous
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent English and German
- Proficient with MS Office tools
