Accountant

• Senior Accountant - International Accounting and Treasury role supporting international accounting and treasury functions.
• Monitor the Group´s cash position daily and weekly and propose necessary actions to fit the Group´s cash needs.
• Assist with support to FP&A for the weekly cash forecasting.
• Assist with Treasury projects and system implementations as applicable.
• Ensure timely and accurate manual payment and filings related to GST, HST, VAT and CIT, together with our Tax team and external partners.
• Work with our various accounting service providers to ensure the month end is accurate and complete, posting and/ or reviewing entries as needed.
• Prepare local GAAP-to-US GAAP adjustments and ensure differences are reasonable and appropriately documented.
• Support with Statutory audits.
• Prepare and post intercompany transactions; responsible for preparation of intercompany account reconciliations monthly.
• Assist with identification and resolution of any out of balance intercompany variances as needed.
• Stay current with US GAAP, IFRS, and international statutory accounting requirements.
• Prepare ad hoc analytics and work on special projects as needed.

Senior Accountant

Consultant

• Support sales on strategic customer engagements.
• Offer creative, forward-thinking support with sales opportunities including Deal strategy, Qualification, Discovery, Custom Demos, ROI Calculation, Best Practices Workshops, Presentations, Proof of Concept/Pilot processes and Value Realization.
• Collaborate with the Global Director of Sales Engineering and Field Sales to define and execute a business strategy with large, enterprise opportunities.
• Intuitive and transparent during the qualification process to understand long shots or costly opportunities; discussing with all key constituents to enable a collaborative decision to be made.
• Deliver deep discovery discussions on strategic deals to uncover key business objectives and corresponding value discussions (ROI) to expand conversations and increase revenue.
• Work with Field Sales and Sales Engineers to build and deliver compelling customized demonstrations and value propositions.
• Design and deliver Proof of Concepts and Pilots in collaboration with the Calabrio Professional Services team.
• Use broad Workforce Optimization (WFO) solution knowledge and Contact Center experience to assist with creative solution development, ensuring delivery of the most competitive, value-based solution that meets customer objectives.
• Attend key deal events, manage briefing and debriefing sessions on these efforts

Global Strategic Consultant

• Senior Revenue Accountant to join Calabrio; focus on direct and indirect revenue recognition across offerings\n• Manage financial reporting for month-end close; analyze revenue by stream; reconcile unbilled accruals, deferred revenue and AR\n• Review contracts for ASC 606 compliance; prepare revenue reporting package; develop processes for revenue and contra-revenue per ASC 606; support revenue-related accounting issues\n• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data readiness; support US GAAP audits; assist budgeting and forecasting; support system upgrades and cross-functional projects\n• Success criteria: eager to take on new tasks, thrive in change, strong written, oral communication, analytical and interpersonal skills, leadership, initiative, documentation, multitasking, and MS Office proficiency
